Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by Celestia Records™, a brand operated by MB DIGI VERSLAS.

1. Services

MB DIGI VERSLAS (trading as Celestia Records™) provides AI-generated music video production services. By commissioning a project, you agree that the final output is created using artificial intelligence tools combined with human direction and post-production.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Your Music: You (the Client) retain full ownership of the music and audio tracks provided to us. You warrant that you own the necessary rights to use this music.
  • The Video: Upon full payment, MB DIGI VERSLAS grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the final video for commercial and non-commercial purposes (YouTube, Spotify, Social Media, etc.).
  • Portfolio Rights: We retain the right to display the final video (or segments of it) in our portfolio, website, and social media channels for promotional purposes.

3. AI Disclaimer & Quality Standards

The visual content is generated using generative AI technologies. By commissioning a project, you acknowledge the following:

  • Aesthetic: AI video has a distinct, often “dreamlike” or “painterly” texture. It is not equivalent to footage shot on optical cameras (e.g., ARRI or RED).
  • Resolution: We deliver video files in Ultra HD (3840×2160). This is achieved through professional AI upscaling of the native generation. The “4K” specification refers to the pixel count and file format.
  • Benchmark: The quality, sharpness, and style of your video will be consistent with the examples currently displayed in our Portfolio and YouTube channels. We recommend reviewing our recent work to ensure the AI aesthetic aligns with your vision.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment: Work begins only after the agreed deposit or full payment is received. Invoices will be issued by MB DIGI VERSLAS.
  • Refunds: Due to the custom nature of digital production and computing costs, refunds are not available once the production phase (AI synthesis) has commenced.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (European Union). Any disputes related to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lithuania.
